CFM Inspection 1.4.43

The CFM Inspection app is designed to facilitate the workflow of CFM Inspection Agents in conducting periodic property inspections. These agents are typically insurance vendors and employees enrolled in the CFM Inspection Agent program, managed by CFM Insurance.

As an inspector, the application provides access to a list of assigned properties, displaying key details such as the deadline for completion, relevant policy information, insured or agent contact data, and any instructional notes issued by the administrator at the time of assignment.

The app enables inspectors to document inspection data effectively by capturing geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude), attaching property photographs, and completing comprehensive inspection forms. Upon finalizing an inspection, users can mark the task as complete, submitting it for review and generating a PDF report for administrative purposes.

Assignments are visually distinguished through a color-coding system that reflects their status, urgency, or age. These include:

• Purple – Assignments that have been returned for additional information.
• Orange – Assignments nearing their deadline or due within three days.
• Red – Overdue assignments that have surpassed their deadline.
• Blue-green – New or recently assigned tasks.
• Bright blue – Assignments that do not fall into other categories and are considered in a nominal state.
